Insurance Information

We are committed to providing quality and affordable dental healthcare. Our fees are based on the costs of providing quality care and are the same for all patients, whether or not they have insurance coverage. As a courtesy to you, we will submit claims to your insurance company. In our office we will send claims first to your medical insurance then on to your dental insurance. It is your responsibility to furnish us with the necessary, correct information regarding your insurance so that we may file the claim. You are responsible for any differences between our fees and what the insurance company pays, such as co-pay or deductible.

We are not contracted with all insurance companies and we strongly suggest you contact all your insurance companies to see if you would have coverage in our office before calling to set up your appointment. You can also read our financial page, which may also answer some questions regarding payment.

PLEASE BE AWARE: Often times if a procedure, such as a dental implant, is not a covered benefit under your insurance, there will NOT be coverage for your initial evaluation or consultation appointment.
